3. Local storage

4. No developer-operated backend for core features
The core features of Ace Language Learning do not require a developer-operated backend server, developer account, or proprietary online service.
5. Optional AI features
If the user chooses to enable AI features, the extension sends the selected subtitle text or user-requested content directly to the third-party AI provider configured by the user. These requests are not proxied through a developer-operated backend.
